The training will take place online on 20-21 December 2022, between 09:30-13:00 CET, and it will be delivered by Ms Vassiliki Chatzipetrou, Co-founder and Director of EU & International Cooperation Department at ReadLab. Ms Chatzipetrou has vast experience in national, EU and international projects design, proposal writing and submission to Calls for EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Daphne, Justice, EASI, AMIF, Interreg, Horizon 2020) as well as the project management of EU-funded projects.

The main objective of the training is to draw participants’ attention to the main financial and project risks. The training will support ENoP members who manage co-funded projects by introducing them to a structured approach to risk management and proper tools and techniques to manage risks.
