
Thematic Training | Underlying Patterns of Global and Local Sustainability Challenges

Guest speaker at the thematic training will be Mr. Martin Fielko, Managing Partner & Head of Educational Programmes and Marketing at the Collective Leadership Institute gGmbH: Building Competence for Sustainability.
The thematic training will discuss the following local sustainability challenges:
- The status of the world – a brief look at the current crises and what they have in common;
- Zooming in – what kind of local crises have occurred already and will occur in the future if we keep on doing things like we are used to;
- Partnerships and collaboration are of paramount importance to overcome sustainability challenges, globally and locally – how to strengthen them;
- The Collective Leadership Compass – presentation of a systemic methodology to identify patterns of sustainability challenges and opportunities;
- Turning challenges into opportunities – from knowledge to action.

The thematic training will be followed by a Working Group Sustainable Development meeting, which will take place from 11:30 – 13:00 CET.
This event is organised by ENoP as part of its current EU co-funded project “Strengthening ENoP as Actor in Support of Democratic and Pluralistic Societies”.
