The training will take place online on 20-21 June 2023, between 09:00-13:00 CEST, and it will be delivered by Mr Nicolas Dupic who has theoretical and hands-on expertise related to how to draft and manage EU funded projects.

The overall objective of the training is to provide a thorough understanding of the essential techniques for a successful, results-oriented and cost-effective management of EU projects. This will be carried out through a mix of theory, case studies and exercises on key project management tools. Participants will learn how to successfully tackle the different aspects of the project: budgeting, implementation management, monitoring and evaluation.
